The current version of MRCLinkdb documents more than 790 human and 670 mouse metabolite L-R interactions. Additionally, the database has compiled information on over 1,900 enzymes and 260 transporters associated with these metabolites.
The database offers a user-friendly interface and a wealth of information, facilitating the browsing and presentation of metabolite L-R interactions, and introduces a new webserver dedicated to the analysis of the metabolite L-R interaction based intercellular communication.
In summary, we believe that this database will be invaluable in accelerating cell-cell communication deciphering and promoting the development of related algorithms for scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomes data, particularly those involved in predicting metabolite L-R interaction-based intercellular communication.
